We were looking for options to replace the worn out carpet on the stairs of a home we recently purchased. Our original plan was to have hardwood, but then backed out because it turned out to be very expensive. We came to the Dundas store to enquire and get a quote on installing carpet. Georgia was very helpful in explaining the pros and cons. We got a very reasonable (approximate) quote based on the carpet we selected and even selected a date for the installers to come and get the job done. We were able to provide the actual measurements in a couple of days time and were immediately provided a firm quote.
As for the installers, they were very knowledgeable and experienced. They did a fantastic job with the installation. They were very friendly and we are very happy wi try their service . I would gladly recommend End of the Roll for any carpet jobs.
I very much loved the fact that throughout our interaction, there was no sales pitch at all and the focus was on helping us achieve our goals as a customer.
