Ian was very knowledgeable on carpet types and gave excellent advice. Nice, no pressure sale.
The carpet install by Kamran was excellent. Tidy, minimal waste and very professional.

Carpet for Stairs

This is a great store to shop for a great price on carpet if you know how much you need and want it right away. We only needed basic carpet for our stairs (less slippery than laminate/hardwood) so were shopping for price. They had a good selection and the price was right. Service was basic, nothing special, but we only needed a small amount for stairs so it wasn't a big deal.

Worst installation job I have ever seen. It was like 2 monkeys installed the carpet. It was so bad that we had carpet removed and called a professional. Go elsewhere.

Any advice to offer fellow homeowners facing a similar project?: Unless you will install yourself, go else where for carpeting!

Good selection of carpets. Service was satisfactory, gave us the basics, didn't try to up-sell up to the more expensive carpet. Helped arrange installation. Nothing spectacular but did the job they were suppose to.
