We would like to take a moment and Thank you wholeheartdly for completing successfully the installation of the windows around our home.

First and foremost , you were there for us since the first day we called the office to book a free of charge on site estimation ,consulation and presentation of the windows and Doors Products.You have exhibited high knowldege of the products and used your insights /recommendations to proactively respond and meet our long term needs.

You have been working tiresslesly to constantly answer every question, concern we had regarding the products ( including all details, features, parts and installation procedures)via the phone , intermnet or in person visit.It is also important to point out that, Upon completion of the job, you visited with us and inspected the whole work , making sure that everything was done as per the original proposal.

On the other hand , the two window's specialist/installer(s)s Mike and Patrick did an amazing job finishing the whole project within two business days! It is worth to mention that tear out installation and installing casement windows( inside-out) is a huge project!

Since the commencement of the project till its completion, they have exhibited high level of professionalism, working in a very timely and efficient manner.

Their first priority , was the neatness and cleanness of the work area together with the disposal of the rubbish.It is amanizing the fact that, after leaving the site everything was so neat and clean!

Mike and Patrick possess a sophisticated knowledge of installation techinques and are very precise and professional by completing the project as per the original proposal.

We were also very impressed by the fact that they were always on time and very respectful for the house ( very careful for the walls , floors and surroundings).

We have been receiving a lot of compliments on the windows and well done job by neighboors, friends , family members, even people that happened to visit our street at that time!

Also, special Thanks to the Encore HeadOffice employees for their great work regarding the paper work including : booking the appointment(s) with the sales manager, Technicians for measurement and re-measurent , pre-installation procedures and certificate of job completion.

Encore Windows is the best. I obtained 4 quotes, all Homestars members, 3 of which were competitive with respect to punctuality for home visits, quality of quotes, products offered and price. What set Encore apart was their no nonsense, no pressure and no gimmicks sales approach. Diane was my contact for sales. She was patient and promptly answered many, many, questions until I could decide what I wanted. She was even gracious enough to meet me last minute and unexpectedly in the showroom one Saturday morning (even though the night before I had cancelled our appointment anticipating that a family emergency would keep me away). The installation went very well albeit it took a little longer than anticipated partly due to very frigid weather but this didn't prevent the guys from working weather well below zero. Mike and Patrick worked long hours, even on Christmas Eve, and at the end of each day, took time and care to clean up. They were very respectful of my property as well as any concerns that I brought to their attention. I have a newfound appreciation for how much work and skill is involved in replacing windows and especially exterior doors in a house. The new front door is so beautiful that numerous neighbours have approached me and offered compliments. And I know that after-sales service will be worry free because while my installation was underway, Mike was approached by a neighbour to adjust a storm door that Encore had installed a while back (and he took the time to go and deal with it). Nice to see a company take pride in all aspects of their businsess.

My husband and I bought a house in Leslieville two years ago, the house wasn’t a complete fixer upper, but it did need some work. Our project this year was curb appeal - we worked away at fixing our garden and redoing our front porch, but something was still missing. We contacted Encore Home Improvements to have them quote out a new front Door. Anthony was extremely professional and very prompt; their quote was also very competitive. After reviewing a few quotes’ we decided to go ahead with Encore, the installers were also prompt and VERY clean. We were very impressed with Encore’s service and our new door has given our house a much needed facelift!!

Mike came to my home in Kleinburg and replaced a large livingroom window, and corner windows. He then recently came to my new home and very promptly had a broken, very beat up storm door replaced.

Mike is a member of our BNI group in Markham (The Marketeers) and we always enjoy his one-minute sales presentation. He is truly a nice person all around - very professional, I would recommend him anytime, and have done so twice - one who actually had her windows done. Thank you Mike.

Encore Windows provided an obviously higher quality product that made sense for our home. Although sometimes a little confusing Encore took the time to make me an educated buyer, explaining more than any other company about why different windows were needed for different exposures.

The workmanship was very good and they were able to customize some very tricky hurdles that may have otherwise been a real sticking point. Looking back I don't think the other companies I engaged would have satisfied us with respect to all the custom siding work.

Any problems that arose were quickly resolved by Diane. Having one person to deal with all matters was a huge plus.

Thanks Encore. I am still getting compliments on my front door as the product and workmanship was second to none.

If you choose Encore Home Improvements you have made the right choice. George is a great installer and does a magnificent job. Dave the salesman is very patient, takes pride in his work, and pays attention to detail. He is a man of integrity and takes responsibility for his actions. Encore did a great job installing windows, a door, and an operable side light with an invisible screen…. resulting in a wonderful porch enclosure. I would highly recommend them and intend to use them for future projects.

We recently changed all of the windows in the house. We chose Encore becasue we knew many people who have used them in the past and were extremely happy with their service and products.
We have always had an issue with controlling the temperature in our home. Most of the windows in the house face west and we tend to get a lot of sun in the afternoon which heats the house up intensely...needless to say AC in the summer doesn't help. We told Encore about this problem and along with the energy efficient windows we wanted they reccommended a product that would help solve our over heating issue in the summer and help keep the heat in the house in the winter...and it didn't even cost us extra. This summer we saved on our energy bills because we didn't need to keep the AC running all day long...I can't wait to see how much our heating bills will decrease this winter.
Not only were the sales people great to deal with....the installers were fantastic. They cleaned up after themselves and their installations were flawless.
I would reccommend Encore to everyone I know.

Our windows withstood Tornadoes! What more can you ask for? When we are ready to do the rest of our windows, we will totally call them! And of course, recommend them to others.

Encore did a fantastic job of replacing our patio door and we do recommend them very highly! We wanted an energy efficient door with wheelchair access for our patio door.

This was the 2nd replacing of this door. I use a wheelchair to get around. The first company's replacement door was energy efficient, but would have broken with the weight of the wheelchair.

Encore solved the problem wonderfully! They replaced the sliding door with a custom garden door in the existing opening, which is truly beautiful. It also has built-in wheelchair accessibilty.

They then also replaced another of our older sliding patio doors with that same new one they just took out. What we thought was a 5 month old patio door meeting it's untimely demise and headed for the dump. But no!!!

Thanks to the talented people at Encore, we now have exactly what we needed to accomodate me and my wheelchair on the back patio and our 5 month old sliding door now installed as our side patio door.
