We had Encore replace every single window in our house, and have absolutely zero complaints some 15 years later. Now in 2017, we just replaced both front and side doors. As an engineer on two of the "Homes on Homes" shows, I would definitely recommend Encore for the quality of the installation, quality of the product, tidiness of the installation crew and the knowledgeable staff.
