He listened carefully as we described our lifestyle and budget, then was able to make recommendations to enhance our home. He patiently answered all our questions and then submitted to us a quote which represented more value for our money than what the competitors were able to offer. During the installation, the crew was prompt, professional and courteous. My home was left very clean. Overall, we were exceptionally pleased with Encore Home Improvements and would definitely recommend this company.
