Encore came to do my patio door and basement windows and were absolutely first rate. David, the sales rep was excellent. He was very knowledgable about his product, carefully explaining everything to us in detail without every getting pushy or trying to sell us on something we didn't want.
The basement windows were not an easy job. The technician sent spent 1.5 days in the cold and wind, completing the installation. It was so cold that I told him he could come back to finish another day, but he was committed to finishing the job and finishing it right. My experience with this company was very, very good.
