David, the salesperson, patiently explained what was needed and why, taking into account the homeowner's views and wants. The installers were better than professional; they were friendly, efficient, and went beyond what was their job such as removing draperies that I hadn't had a chance to deal with.
The after sales visit by David was nice to have too. He just came to by check that the install went well and no problems existed (and no problems did exist).
I have no hesitation in recommending Encore to anyone for any service. You really can't go wrong.
