myself and my girlfriend hired emerald moving on the recommendation of a good friend. We were moving our entire 1 bedroom apartment minus a couch and bed to waterloo. we contacted them about a week and a half before we needed to move which was not the best move on our part as we should have given ourselves more time. Dave (the owner) let me know that waterloo was outside their normal area when doing a move but he said he would try and arrange something. We supplied him with a full list of the stuff we would need to be moved and he made arrangements for us in such short notice. Dave himself arrived on the day with a cube truck and carried out the move. He was extremely professional, very pleasant and very honest. He took everything that needed to put into the truck and did so quite quickly and took very special care while doing so. the level of service was above and beyond what I expected out of any moving company. Even though his company did not typically do a move to the region of waterloo he still obliged in such short notice. upon arrival to waterloo he unloaded the items and furniture from the apartment and again was extremely helpful, pleasant and timely. I would recommend using Emerald moving to absolutely anyone and everyone as they are by far the best moving service I have used and the price paid is a great return on quality service. If I ever have to move again I will not hesitate to use emerald moving.
