I contacted Raffy via the information on the Home Stars website. He got back to me quickly and provided pricing promptly. Marcello and his team were then able to deliver the final product over a number of days. The foundation was well done and to spec. I have had comments from my neighbours about how professional the work looks. Elite provided an excellent product on time and on budget. I will be working with them in the future.

This is the second time I hired Elite Designed Concrete to build a project for me. This project was to redo a poorly installed backyard patio by another contractor who would not return to fix the horrible problems with his installation. To make matters worse, upon excavating around the sunroom addition that the previous contractor had installed, it was discovered that the addition was not built on a proper.
After consulting with an engineer friend of mine, Marcelo organized the underpinning of he entire sunroom addition. His staff worked tirelessly to make right this unexpected and unfortunate discovery. Once completed, it was inspected by the engineer to ensure it was built properly and it was.

Prior to starting the project, Marcelo visited me to go over the layout and details of my patio design. He was very patient and would always respond to calls. He worked very well with the other trades I hired also. In the end, the patio is better than I could have imagined. I am very grateful to Marcelo, Raffy and their wonderful staff who helped me rebuild what was a disaster left by another contractor. I would recommend Elite to anyone who asks.

Worked with Raffy and Marcello from Elite to replace all the walkways, replace a old front porch and add a couple small patios. Fantastic experience. from start to finish. All the appointments from the quote to the design to the wrap up were on time and well communicated, they really built a trust level with us thru the whole process and responded promptly to all our calls and even texts during the whole project. The final design that they developed exceeded our expectations in all regards and the level of quality, we feel is exceptional. They were up front with us that the schedule is flexible and with the weather this summer, they really had to work hard to fit it in on the non rain days but they did it!
Once the crews were on site, they were all professional, friendly,looked after the property and always cleaned up totally at the end of the day.

Elite Designed Concrete was timely and exact with their quite. They were clear with deadlines and realistic about weather delays, since the job was an exterior one. The crew was considerate and polite, going out of their way not to inconvenience us. Excellent job with beautiful execution.

I reviewed Elite 4 years ago when they did an excellent job on my driveway. I called Raffy last week to come back and do some maintenance and repair works for which I expected them to provide me with a quote. To my pleasant surprise, his crew showed up today and completed the repair job without charges. Now that's a true test of excellent customer service and shows how they stand behind their work. We pre-selected two top concrete companies from homestars.com for our project. Elite Designed Concrete is the best based on reviews. Raffy came in to do the evaluation in next day after a phone call. He gave a better solution and more competitive price (he is very knowledgeable and friendly). Before the project started, Marcelo came to discuss the detailed design which best fits our environment - leaving a grape vine and a tree untouched. The project lasts 3-4 weeks as they projected. When the project started, we knew it was in good hands. Marcelo responded my questions almost instantly. The team members are very professional and friendly…it looks like they work for their own backyard projects. They even did extra work to fix the broken curb of our driveway (connected to the front entrance). This makes our next task (re-paving driveway) a lot of easier. The project exceeds our expectation. We were looking to replace the front walkway's interlocking brick with decorative Concrete. After getting several quotes and reading reviews, we decided to go with Elite Design Concrete. Although they can be a little had to get a hold of, once they started the work, it was completed in the time frame (2-3 weeks) that they had advised us it would take. The finished product looks great, and Rafi and Marcelo were also happy to answer any questions.

WOW! These guys are fantastic! Raffy, Marcello and their crews are a pleasure to work with. I live on a narrow city lot, they had to carry back all the equipment and materials by hand down our narrow alley; this did not slow them down! The work was completed quickly and neatly. We love the our new hard-scaping. Elite Designed Concrete are professional and dependable!!!
