The harsh winter left our beautiful limestone finish driveway pitted, we always used concrete safe salt on our driveway. We contacted Elite Designed Concrete to ask them what we can do to repair it, we knew that we were 1 year past the warranty period, and realistically didn't expect much. Raffy told us that it was a bad batch of concrete and that we needed to tear up the driveway and pave it again. Our hearts sank because we couldn't afford to replace the driveway, we were willing to pay for patch work, but not the whole replacement of it. But, Raffy clarified and said that there was no cost to us. We said "Holy Crappers!!!" We were overjoyed with this news. Marcelo came by to coordinate with us, Nico and his team handled the concrete pour. And 2 weeks later, everything is back to normal. Wow!!! Elite has the best customer service and team anyone can possibly ask for. I highly recommend Elite to any and everybody. Thanks again Elite for making your customers #1!

We have a backyard that was done with interlocking stone and needed to attach a deck to it. I really wanted to go with the limestone concrete but was concerned that it may not look right next to some older interlocking stone. Raffi took time to drive me to other concrete decks they had completed as he understood my concerns. Needless to say the limestone deck turned out beyond my expectations! Marcelo did an amazing job with the design and we could not be happier. The service and work of this company are exceptional. I’m looking forward to designing my pool deck with Raffi and Marcelo in the near future.

Very good customer care. Truly understands that a satisfied customer is their best advertising. Owner Raffy assured me that if there is any quality issue with the product, he will rip the whole thing out and redo it. Think I was one of the rare unfortunate ones to have a bad mix of concrete and true to his words, Elite redid the boulevard of my driveway that was chipping badly. It is refreshing to work with a company that truly takes pride in their work, even after the bill has been paid. I am also impressed by the prompt, friendly manner in which all our concerns are addressed.

We had a great experience last year replacing our back patio, adding a ramp down one side of the house and steps on the other. Both Raffy and Marcelo went to great lengths to make sure everything came out exactly how we wanted it, provided lots of advice around the design (Thanks Marcelo!) and everyone on the crew was friendly and helpful. They always kept the work site clean and delivered us an excellent back yard. Please note - they might not be the lowest price you come across, but they were more than worth it!

Now on to the next project - we'll hoping to use the team again this year for changes to our front steps, walkway and driveway.

They always kept me informed. These guys do it the right way by using the best materials and taking pride in every detail. I though the job was done but then the crew further cleaned up everything and top soil filled all the areas between the concrete and grass. It was really great to see people taking such pride in their work. All the staff were very polite and worked very hard to complete my project on time and on budget. Driveway, Veranda and Walkway
Dear Raffy and Marcelo:
I first notice this company transforming a driveway and veranda in my area. I watched this company for two weeks as they worked very hard finishing the job. I stopped and talked to the owner and asked if they were happy with the results. They said they were very happy. I decided to call for a quote and a gentleman named Raffy came to our house and boy oh boy did he know his stuff. We talked it over and called Raffy to sign a contract. Shortly after this a gentleman named Marcelo came to our house and the design layout was made. A work crew showed up with a gentleman named Leo in charge of transforming our driveway,veranda and walkway. The crew arrived daily as promised working hard and long hours in the heat. The job was completed and we have had many people ask what company did the work. We said it was ELITE DESIGNED CONCRETE INC. They stayed within budget and completed the job on time. Our stamped concrete has incredibly enhanced our curb appeal! Would recommend this company!!!!!
