We have Nu-Heat floor mats in our kitchen. The wires had literally melted where they connected to the thermostat. Oris came by to look it over. Bottom line-the "electrician" that hooked up the floors did a crap job. Oris diagnosed the issue, then retrieved the mess of wiring from within the wall. He installed a proper junction box, a proper depth electrical box and hooked everything up again. He was very professional and courteous. The floors are warm again and I feel better knowing that the electrical has been installed correctly!
