Replacing kitchen faucet Ralph was very professional. The service was prompt and courteous and I would highly recommend Ralph and this company.
PS: It was nice to see him but his shoe covers on as soon as he entered my home.

Giorgio from Easyflow came to my house saturday night a couple hours after I called them. They were right on time and explained everything they were going to do before they did it. The water from my toilet tank was leaking into my toilet bowl, so giorgio changed the overflow and the flapper in the tank. When he took out the old one he showed me exactly why it was leaking and after he put the new one in he put blue dye into my tank. Now I know that my problem is fixed 100 percent because there was no blue water going into the bowl. I would recommand Easyflow to all friends and family.

With the winter months coming in quickly I decided to have a leaky radiator valve repaired. In the process I called several plumbing companies some of them even listed here on Homestars, who would think that it would be so hard to find a company capable to repair a valve on a heating radiator? Finally another plumbing company list above here on homestars recommended Easyflow and I am ever so glad Giorgio came over to my home provided me with a free quote replaced the valve on my radiator, inspected my boiler and preformed a CO test.
I will be calling Giorgio for all my future plumbing and heating needs.

I was so fed up with all the outrages prices I was given to install a backflow prevention device. I called Easyflow and spoke to Girogio, he explained exactly why it was need and what its function was, he was even kind enough to give me information the he put together regarding this program. Girogio came that day to give me a detailed quote and list of what was to be done. His price a lot better than I was hearing, he also assured me that it was going to be done to code and was going to be inspected by a member of the city. I'm a restaurant owner in the Young and Eglinton area. I have been having ongoing drain problems for about 5 years. I went through a number of Plumbing contractors. Some saying that snaking the drains would solve the problem, sure it solves the problem for only about a month maybe 6 weeks. Other contractors said to dig and re-do the drains, I was convinced this was not the problem because the building was only about 10 years old. At my wits end I decided to try one more company, Easyflow Mechanical. After speaking to Ralph on the phone he assured me that everything would be fine and to relax. Ralph assured me that he would do his best to solve the problem the same day. In fact Ralph showed up at my door 2 hours after I called. After explaining the situation, Ralph told me a service they provide where the problem would be certainly identified. I was thrilled to hear that a camera would be put down the drains for an inspection to identify exactly what is happening. After doing so Ralph came to the conclusion that it was an accumulation of grease, fat and particles of food that have caused the problem. Ralph then told me snaking wouldn’t be cost effective or a good solution and recommended that we Powerflush the drains. With his Hi-tech machine he was able to clean the drains very well and was kind enough to show me with the camera when he was done. It has been 6 months with no problems. Thank you I couldn’t ask for a better company to work with, and the price was good and stayed within the quote he gave.

Giorgio was the first plumber to return my call, and the first to show up for an estimate. I had a good feeling right away but decided to get a few more quotes (which they say to do), and eventually went with another company that billed by the hour (which they say NOT to do - what was I thinking??).

The hourly guy was a total disaster, wasting time and cutting corners. I had to fire him and ask Giorgio to salvage the job, which he did with skill and professionalism. Here are his strengths as I see them:

- A wealth of experience, from old houses to huge hospitals and everything in between. He knows the technical stuff inside out. He can tell you exactly what is the correct way of doing something and why - try asking some other plumbers and compare.

- Attention to detail. Everything is precise, plumb, and level. He considers the finished product and overall look of a project. He comes prepared, works systematically, is organized and tidy.

- Easy to work with. He is willing to answer questions, and will make suggestions but is not overbearing. He is easy to get a hold of and always answers the phone. He clearly still enjoys his work and takes pride meeting the customer's needs.

- Honesty and professionalism. This is definitely most important. Sometimes it's hard to tell when meeting contractors (or anyone for that matter) for the first time. But in Giorgio's case I am quite certain that he treats everyone he meets with fairness and respect. He has plenty of positive reviews on Homestars to support this and I'm very happy to add to that list.

I emailed several vendors on Homestars and Girogio responded within a few hours. He was professional and courteous and very reasonably priced. I was looking for an opinion on a leak in the kitchen but was worried about the cost of getting quotes as many companies were asking for $75.00 to just come and quote as we are located north of Toronto. Easyflow offered me a free quote (unless they had to open up any walls which they didn't)and quickly diagnosed and fixed the leak. I would definitely use them again if the need arose.

Hopefully there will not be a need for any plumbing repairs to be done in my home anytime soon but if the need should arise I would defiantly call Easyflow they were great to deal with friendly, clean and very respectful of my home.

He was very professional and came to do the job within 2 hours from the initial search online.
Giorgio fully discussed the price before he started the job. He also sold me a chemical cleaner that is approx $24.00 to keep my kitchen drain clean and free of blockage. It really works and is worth it!.

I had called early in the morning to have someone come over and provide me with a quote to repair my leaking bathtub, The person I spoke to on the phone was very nice they explained to me exactly what the plumber would have to do to locate the leak.
Ralph and Adam arrived as scheduled located the leak and provide me with a quote.
These two guys where great they explained everything that they where going to do and why. I am very happy with the service and workmen ship provided.
