I'm a restaurant owner in the Young and Eglinton area. I have been having ongoing drain problems for about 5 years. I went through a number of Plumbing contractors. Some saying that snaking the drains would solve the problem, sure it solves the problem for only about a month maybe 6 weeks. Other contractors said to dig and re-do the drains, I was convinced this was not the problem because the building was only about 10 years old. At my wits end I decided to try one more company, Easyflow Mechanical. After speaking to Ralph on the phone he assured me that everything would be fine and to relax. Ralph assured me that he would do his best to solve the problem the same day. In fact Ralph showed up at my door 2 hours after I called. After explaining the situation, Ralph told me a service they provide where the problem would be certainly identified. I was thrilled to hear that a camera would be put down the drains for an inspection to identify exactly what is happening. After doing so Ralph came to the conclusion that it was an accumulation of grease, fat and particles of food that have caused the problem. Ralph then told me snaking wouldn’t be cost effective or a good solution and recommended that we Powerflush the drains. With his Hi-tech machine he was able to clean the drains very well and was kind enough to show me with the camera when he was done. It has been 6 months with no problems. Thank you I couldn’t ask for a better company to work with, and the price was good and stayed within the quote he gave.
