I did used their services to do some backyard and walkway interlocking in 2017 summer. There were some issues with the walkway in early 2018 and my initial interactions with couple of folks @ duralock was quite disappointing. Then Tony (the owner) stepped in and his way of handling customers is very different and friendly. He not only fixed the issue, but also gave me the comfort that I didn't chose a wrong company.

Now I have the wait and watch how to fix sustains over time. However, even it doesn't I am certain and Duralock will backup their work and that's what matters the most!

They EXTEND their warranty by 1 year for 5 STARS

Home Inspection review in Milton

They offer an additional year of warranty upon providing 5 starts for their review. THEREFORE so many good reviews. I got influenced with these reviews last year and asked their help to do my backyard and walkway. The backyard they did was good, but now it is totally unusable because they made it flat level when my backyard was a little slopped towards the drain. Now I have clogging issues.

But mostly importantly the walkway, where I park my car, is becoming wobbly. Upon contacting them, they told me 2 things:

1) I cannot park on the edge of the walkway and
2) They provide warranty services only over the weekend and they are currently extremely busy.

I am currently dealing with Karla & Rami and extremely disappointed with their work.
