Yes, I would recommend this company to my mother. In fact, when my elderly parents' AC conked this past summer, my father insisted that I call Mario at Dupont.
He had done service work at their house before (replace furnace humidifier and tune-ups on their ancient furnace), and they were very happy with the personal care received.
The AC was installed within 2 days, nice clean job. The service technician took the time to explain how to maximize the component's efficiency and extend its life.
Absolutely no complaints.
