I just wanted to take this time to thank you whole heartedly for the fabulous service that Dundas Windows and Doors has given me. My garage door looks and functions fabulously .. i thank you so very much for taking care of that and also for the great service given to me to get the keyless entry and openers. I can tell by how committed your workers are that you are a great boss and that they so enjoy their job and working for your company.

The door capping that was done on Monday makes the entire renovation look wonderful now. It was so professionally done that it almost looks like a brand new front door was installed. The worker was so very courteous and i had no hesitation leaving a key for him to do the work while i was not at home. It was great that this could be done and save me the money of having to purchase a new door.

I have to sincerely thank you for the work that you have done over the years at my house. All 3 jobs that i have contracted you for turned out fabulously and i have never had any problems with the doors and/or windows that you have installed. I will always recommend your company for any friends or neighbours looking to have new doors or windows installed.

We had all our doors and windows replaced, brick to brick, 10 years ago. Best investment we ever made. The house is now quieter and draft free and energy efficient. I am writing this because it is Oct 31st and we still have not turned the furnace on. The house is 71F while it is 40F outside. The south windows let the sun in but not the heat out. One of the few honest companies out there that delivers what they promise.

Dundas Doors & Windows once again did an excellent job for us.
Our latest project involved the replacement of windows and a
double door in our Sunroom. Immediately we felt the results. The room is much warmer.
Working with their team, Heather, Bob, Reiner and Mike, the

Recently replaced a the front door latch. Our cost was the service charge & they touched up scratch marks on the door left by another contractor. Excellent service. Have recommended them to others who share the same sentiments.

This was our second visit to Dundas D&W and just as the first time, the quality of workmanship is truly superior. Werner and Fabio were polite and respectful and super clean at the end of every day.

Our kitchen had an old window and door, separated by brick wall. We wanted french doors to open up the wall. It was difficult to find a compnay that could take care of the brickwork needed. We went to the showroom and chose our door model and hardware with Heather. We did have to revise our choices based on some needs, but we eventually chose doors that open up with windows for the ventilation. We bought blinds from Blinds To Go and Dundas installed these as well. Dundas answered all of our questions and arrived on dates promised and kept in touch throughout the job. They also advised us on inward/outward opening considerations. The doors took 3 days to install and required some boards/railings removed from our deck. We were worried about our ceramic floors being damaged with the brick removal. Ultimately, no problems, the deck was replaced intact and the doors are the talk of our street, lol. We kind of jumped in and crossed our fingers hoping for not too many headaches, but the results exceeded our expectations. We are thrilled with the doors and the service. I highly recommend Dundas Doors & Windows.

Neighbours had used Bob and were were please with the work that they had done for them. We went to see Bob at his showroom. We were happy with his presentation and his non-pushy manner.
We put a 5 pane bay window in the front of our home and a three pane straight window in the back where our dining room looks over our rear yard. We couldn't have asked for a better work crew. They knew what they were doing, were very clean, and were courteous. Would highly recommend Dundas Doors and Windows.

We purchased a new door entry system from Dundas Doors based on your rating and looking for more personal service from a smaller company. We were extremely disappointed in the installation. Only 1 installer showed up and we feel he had difficulty adjusting the door system so the threshold is now very high and the door frame sticks out from the inner wall. We told them of our concerns, sent a follow-up e-mail and they would not even come to inspect the job. Do not pay 100% of the job before it is finished to your satisfaction, because their follow up service is non-existent.

Very friendly fast and clean work site. The window looks great and has added value to our home. It has made a big difference in the living room area. I would highly recommend them. for any job.
