Our kitchen had an old window and door, separated by brick wall. We wanted french doors to open up the wall. It was difficult to find a compnay that could take care of the brickwork needed. We went to the showroom and chose our door model and hardware with Heather. We did have to revise our choices based on some needs, but we eventually chose doors that open up with windows for the ventilation. We bought blinds from Blinds To Go and Dundas installed these as well. Dundas answered all of our questions and arrived on dates promised and kept in touch throughout the job. They also advised us on inward/outward opening considerations. The doors took 3 days to install and required some boards/railings removed from our deck. We were worried about our ceramic floors being damaged with the brick removal. Ultimately, no problems, the deck was replaced intact and the doors are the talk of our street, lol. We kind of jumped in and crossed our fingers hoping for not too many headaches, but the results exceeded our expectations. We are thrilled with the doors and the service. We have used Drain Works a few times now. Prices always reasonable - no unforeseen horrors that escalate costs and work needed, etc. Mike gave us tips on how to prevent and deal with calcium buildup. Service always on time and professionally completed - exactly as promised. Thanks guys.
