Alert! Avoid "Dream Carpets by all means" you choose the carpet they install a cheaper version, Installers are not "PROFESSIONAL"
I had 12' X15' room they brought a 12' wide carpet and put a 6" patch at the end you see the seem! (all carpet sealers know that you need 3' extra! when i phone to tell him he totally refuse to accept. I have to pay again to redo the job!
SHAME, SHAME

Less than 8 months after installing carpets, they started to buckle. When I called them, they said that it was past 6 months so they would charge us to come and fix the carpet. There is nothing in he contract about 6 months... Bad service. Bad installation. Run, don't walk.

Dream Carpet will promise you best price, material and installation. But in reality they will install a cheap carpet with a cheap under layer, will send you a stinky installer who will do the job fast and without paying attention to detail. Once the job is done you will have to clean up yourself the mess they leave behind. The results; carpet with splitting seems and horrible looking stair installation. You will create a headache for yourself going with Dream Carpet. They will not help you out at the end. Once you pay them in full you are on your own, stuck with a crappy quality material and crappy installation.

We are currently taking Dream Carpet to court. Re-carpeted entire upstairs, parts of the main floor, and basement. Carpet failed everywhere - rippling, bubbling,etc. Looks absolutely appalling. Company tried to blame us - ie - vacuuming, etc. Absurd. Sent original team back to our house to "re-stretch" the carpet. Within 24 hours, carpet was rippling again. Huge conflict ensued. Independent carpet inspection (3 pages long) confirmed that install was done incorrectly. Dream Carpet sent a second team to our house to "fix" the problem. Installers were bewildered, said there is nothing they can do and left. We are left with a mess and are now forced to proceed with litigation.
Thoroughly corrupt, morally bankrupt enterprise.

We found beautiful natural wool carpets for our kids playroom and matched them with the stairs. We had excellent service at Dream Carpets. The look, feel and quality of the carpets are excellent. We are very happy with our selection and colour choice. Its warm, soft under the foot and durable. I would definitely shop at Dream Carpets again.

Found great selection here on some vinyl flooring that looked a lot like slate. Price was quite comparable to other places, but found the best color and 'feel' of the product here. Service was pretty good. Installation was extra but worth the cost since it would have been difficult to do as good a job if we had done it ourselves. Serdar was the installer and he did a great job.

I was on the hunt for an area rug and new carpeting for my house. After going to Home Depot I decided to check out the multiple carpeting stores along Terminal. In Dream Carpet I received terrible service. I was completely ignored.
When I had a question about carpeting, no one would help me and kept telling me to ask someone else because they were sitting reading the newspaper or watching tv in the women's bathroom.

I tried to find a very special carpet (round, area rug, multicolored shag) and couldn't find it anywhere. They really were helpful and even tried to find cheaper solutions. I would always go back.
