Drape Master

One of our vertical blinds was becoming unmounted from the ceiling. Blind master was very quick to respond. Their service was first class and I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

I dealt with Cindy in the office and she was wonderful. Don and his partner came to the house and removed the window blinds and drapes for cleaning. I coordinated the taking down, cleaning and rehanging of drapes for a friend in a large condo in Summerhill - 10 foot ceilings and LOTS of custom-made, very delicate drapes in every room. The local cleaners did would take down or rehang drapes, so I had to search elsewhere. I found that Drape Masters has been around a long time and is the gold standard in Toronto for cleaning and also for rehanging [good luck finding that service - it's rare].

Don and Cindy set up a time; Don and crew met me at the condo and took care of everything for the next hour. Five days later, the rehanging was done and Don carefully went over every drape, re-fluffing them, examining them as they were being hung and was just so easy-going and professional I couldn't believe how lucky I was to find this service. His team members were respectful of the beautiful furniture and moved everything carefully when positioning their ladder. As an added service, George cleaned the large area carpets onsite and did a magnificent job. I was overwhelmed with the service and kindness I received. This company is truly one of a kind. I won't ever go elsewhere. Trust me.

We have some drapes that have the hooks sown on. We went to other dry cleaners and either they did not handle drapes or they would not do them with hooks that are sown in. We finally tried Glen Forest Cleaners and since they also did not do such drapes, they recommended Drape Master. Having one dry cleaner recommend another meant a lot to us. And Drape Master lived up to the recommendation. Cindy was very informative and warned us of all risks. Thankfully there were no problems. Our drapes are now hanging and look and feel wonderfully clean. We highly recommend Drape Master.

Our living/dining room drapes had been hanging since 1970,
smelled "old" and stale from smoking, household dust and
cobwebs, from floor heat vents right underneath them.
Cindy at Drape Master and her staff did a fantastic job of
cleaning the drapes without their losing any colour, although they
were nearly 50 years old. Drapery Master reps rehung them
and they look fabulous. I heartily recommend Cindy and Drape

Our windows were being replaced and our coverings needed cleaning after 12 years hanging. I took the 10 blinds in and after 5 days picked up wonderful cleaned and restrung coverings.
Cindy was very pleasant to deal with and very good at her job. It was a pleasure meeting and dealing with her.

Complete carpet, drapery (Hunter Douglas Luminettes) and small carpet cleaning arranged quickly with relatively short notice, to be completed while I was out of the country on vacation. The carpets feel and look like new (they are 19 years old) and the luminettes look totally refreshed (they are also 19 years old). My persian and tibetan area rugs look like new as well. Drapemaster is easy to deal with, very accommodating an their work is just excellent. This is my second time using them and I recommend them to everyone.

I had a giant water/rust stain on a Hunter Douglas Silhouette blind. Cindy gave me a reasonable quote and Drape Master was able to fully remove the stain. Blind looks brand new. Highly recommended.
