Service call - sewer backed up.
An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
MANY MANY thanks to Dwayne - fantastic customer service. Dwayne was the rep who literally came to our "drain rescue" a few years ago, and was again here today braving the insane cold. While I don't envy Dwayne having to work in those conditions, I am VERY glad that it was Dwayne who was able to come by today. Also, great customer service on the phone too...Melissa I think. You guys really do 'get' customer service.
