I have been a client of Dr Green for two seasons and am very satisfied with this service. My interactions with the service personnel on site have always been polite and courteous. The call center staff are very professional and have resolved issues raised to them in a very prompt and satisfactory manner.

This past year I used your services. We live in Scarborough. I wouldn’t normally but my neighbour on one side decided that lawn care was optional. Weeds took over their backyard so bad that the thistle plants were taller then our fence. The seeds decided to spread into our lawn.
We were offered lawn services from your competitors beginning in the middle of the previous winter. Our requirements was a specific price point or don’t call us. None of the competitors matched the price, none called us back. Only Dr. Green.

You had me at “ Yes, Ma’am. We can meet that price.”

The technicians arrived when they said they would. When a confusing part of our property was missed for weed treatment it wasn’t a problem to have a re-do. When the rain washed away graduals 20 minutes after application, again, it wasn’t a problem for a re-do.
Next year the pre-purchase spring/summer/fall plan was even cheaper then my original price point, so we signed up again.
Keep up the reasonably price, excellent service and good work and we will be your customers for life.

The service from this company has never faltered in the past four years I have used them. My front and back yards have never looked better. My weeds had taken over my grass when I first started your service but now I have no weeds at all!

I have had great success with dr. Green. My grass did respond quite well, however we did experience extensive grub damage in the backyard and therefore will need to overseed in the spring. This is perhaps something i would be interested in if the price was right.
