Dr Green Lawn Care Services

Avoid this company, altogether. Had nothing but contract issues. Raises prices and continues service without communication or agreement. Dropped by with Spring services and a a healthy bill without agreement of services.

Though I signed up for their very best program, they would come on days where the forecast was for close to 100% chance of rain and apply a product with a note "do not water for the next 24 hours". For the last 2 to 3 years, that seemed to have been the norm and I had to "de-weed" by hand. They burned my lawn significantly last summer. They would leave a phone message advising they would be coming to do the aeration the next day or shortly thereafter weather permitting, asking me to mark the sprinkler heads on my lawn (and there were nice sunny days) but they would not show up for weeks making it a struggle to cut the grass with all the markers on. I tried to call a few times to explain the issue as applicable, this never seemed to help. They always had an excuse but unfortunately, in my case, I have given up on "excuses".

Last year they called me repeatedly to offer a plan and said that the first treatment would be free f I sign up for the plan and I can cancel if I don't like it. I made a huge mistake to agree. This was in June and they came in July for a pre winter treatment without calling or setting up a time. I called them and asked them to cancel the plan, however, they send me an invoice and when I called them to tell they say that they I have to pay. Later in winter they called again and offered me another plan for 250 dollars and said that if I sign up the contract they will adjust the previous amount. Now they are sending their bill each month with interest.
Nobody should get into their promises of free treatment as they will trap you.

DR. GREEN SERVICES WHERE TIMELY.. WHILE THE WEEDS WHERE NOT ERADICATED THE GRASS WAS WELL FERTILIZED. THE MEN WHERE OPEN TO SUGGESTIONS AND EXPLAINED WHAT COULD BE EXPECTED FROM EACH APPLICATION

I’ve been with Dr. Green for a few years now and have been very pleased with their customer support and service. The technicians often leave tips on how to assist in getting a healthier lawn. I highly recommend Dr. Green to anyone wanting a great looking lawn

Hello. I have used Dr. Green services for a few years now. I used to have a whole upper level that was full of weeds!! I was afraid nothing would get rid of them, even contemplated re-sodding! I called up Dr. Green and talked about their services, how long would it take to get my weeds gone? They were very helpful and forth coming about what procedures they would use. I didn't want to spend a fortune either. So I signed up. Within 2-3 sessions my weeds were gone!! Finally.
I haven't stopped using them, and I tell my friends about them all the time. I've even gotten a $50.00 sign up deal when a friend or family member would sign up too, making my bill less. Win Win in my opinion.

My wife wanted to call in Dr.Green lawn services because we had weeds! After 'discussing' her findings regarding Dr.Green I reluctantly agreed. They came, took 10 minutes... I didn't think it would work! ... A few weeks later the weeds were fading, our grass was greener. Ok fine. We've continued with Dr. Green foe a few years now.

I have used Dr. Green for a few years and find the service generally quite good. Sometimes I am not thrilled with the timing of their visits especially in regards to aeration, but I understand sometimes bad weather gets in the way of perfect timing. I give Dr Green 3 1/2 stars.

In general, Dr Green service was excellent.

All service call on schedule
Work was professionally done
No major issues
Weed control was not adequate so upon request it was done again and it was effective after second visit.

On March 3, 2015, I called Dr. Green to see if an offer by Great Lakes Lawn Care could be closely matched. After reviewing what services were important to me, Amy was able to offer a senior's discount as well as include a soil conditioning service. For completing a survey, I was also offered a winter fertilization application (which I logically thought was already included in my package as the fifth visit).
In the end, I renewed my program with Dr. Green as past experience has been mostly satisfactory and I can say that Amy was very friendly and helpful. She was not 'pushy" in suggesting other services that I was not wanting for various reasons. All customer service reps should be so nice to deal with.
