Dr Green Lawn Care Services

My experience with Dr. Green over the past, I believe seven years, has been tremendous. This is a company, who I believe, truly has the best interest of their clients at heart. Each time I call, about a concern or a product, the customer service has been top notch. Because of this I feel valued and respected. This in turn has prompted me to recommend the company to any of my friends or coleagues who might need lawn care services. Thanks, and continue doing what you do. I can truly say, I am a satisfied customer.

We use Dr. Green now for two years and we couldn't be happier! They are reliable, very professional and not to mention affordable. We have a great looking lawn where the kids can play. We would definitely recommend Dr. Green lawn services!

Good things about Dr. Green –
• office folks that make appointments are very friendly and accommodating,
• I was promised that my dandelions would be gone and they are! (and they were terrible the year before)
• every time I called with a concern it was promptly dealt with

Not such good things –
• I ordered an aeration and got a vmail indicating I had to mark the sprinkler heads before the next day. We work during the day and are often not home til late at night when it is too dark to do the marking so had to cancel a couple of times. I really need a couple of days notice on this service if possible
• Had a hard time getting the seeding done – due to aeration delay, then no seed, finally had to wait til fall
• Overall my grass still doesn’t look great and not sure why – could be due to difficulties getting seeding done in the spring, will try again next season

Overall, I’m happy with the service

I have been using your services for two years now and will do so again in 2012. I am satisfied with the five visits and that you let me know before coming. Your people are almost working too fast, but seem to do a good job.

As a single man, effective lawn maintenance has always been a challenge. Finding the time, learning the products, and getting the extra work done has been more than my time has been able to take on. Thru the help of Dr Green Services I have taken a step forward towards a better and lusher lawn i can enjoy sooner, without the constant battle it has been in the past.

The recommendations after each unobtrusive visit are helpful, and the administrative staff has always been both wonderful and accommodating. Any question or concern has been dealt with quickly and with great courtesy.

We have been very happy with Dr Green after switching from a competitor. Besides the fact that our lawn looks great we like the fact that we receive an email prior to each lawn treatment telling us that Dr Green will be coming and giving us any instructions we need for action after the treatment. We also like the fact that we can reduce the cost of services by pre-paying.

i believe even though i live in a older poorer area it is nice to have a good looking lawn and dr green has given me that one of the nicest yards in the area. as well the people who work for dr. green are all so helpful and friendly thanks dr green

I have been using your services for one full year and I have pre-paid for next year too. Overall the experience has been good. Sometimes you recommend an 'extra' treatment and don't provide much information as to whether I really need it or not. Also one time this year one of my treatments was carried out on a neighbours yard by mistake. Luckily the neighbour brought round the paperwork and I managed to sort it out, but it could easily have been missed.

Generally I am quite happy and will see how things go for another year.
