I was promised that my dandelions would be gone and they are!
An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
Good things about Dr. Green –
• office folks that make appointments are very friendly and accommodating,
• I was promised that my dandelions would be gone and they are! (and they were terrible the year before)
• every time I called with a concern it was promptly dealt with
Not such good things –
• I ordered an aeration and got a vmail indicating I had to mark the sprinkler heads before the next day. We work during the day and are often not home til late at night when it is too dark to do the marking so had to cancel a couple of times. I really need a couple of days notice on this service if possible
• Had a hard time getting the seeding done – due to aeration delay, then no seed, finally had to wait til fall
• Overall my grass still doesn’t look great and not sure why – could be due to difficulties getting seeding done in the spring, will try again next season
Overall, I’m happy with the service
