Yeah they are pretty bad. My last treatement had no fertilizer on the ground (no granular bits) and calling them to reapply this yielded the same non-treatement. Weed control is also non-existent -- we have had them come in twice a month since June, and there is no effect on existing weeds 1-2 weeks after application. So as far as I can tell we paid them for a season of services that were never performed. Don't go with this company. My neighbor with another company has a much better lawn. And yes, do cancel explicitly since they will automatically come back next year if you don't.
