After 7 years of being the customer I have been given the price increase of approx. 75% compared to the last year cost for the same service (incl. aeration and overseeding).
After waiting for a week for a confirmation of a price reduction or matching to a competitor's quote the answer came back as a straight NO.
Very disappointing end to otherwise good quality service.

Thank you for the feed back, I apologize that we have raised the prices this season. In the past 7 years we have not had a price increase. Unfortunately the price of products and equipment has increased annually.
