We called and paid for our lawn care servide in April 2015. We paid for 5 lawn treatments, weed control, over seeding and aerators. We were told within a week they would be out to aerate and over seed. They did not show. I called in and they advised I was on the "RUSH" list to get this done and would be in 3-5 business days. I gave them a week and noone shows again. I call a second time and I get the same story. So I leave it and give them 10 days. They do not show. I receive an email from them advising they will be out next day shortly after. Noone shows up. I call a 3rd time and no record of an email and promise to come out in 3-5 business days....also im on the rush list. So I give one more chance. Noone shows for another 10 days. We are into June now. I call a 4th time and get the same crap and it was then that I cancelled my service and demanded money back. Now its going to be 2-4 weeks to get my money back! Worst company ever. Would NEVER recommend these people to pull dandelions let alone take care of a yard all season.

I am very sorry to hear that you are having this kind of trouble. Please do keep in mind that we cannot perform the aeration and seeding right away as your 1st visit always needs to be your start up fertilizer to help wake up your lawn from being dormant all winter, so it is typically done after your 2st visit or between your 2nd and 3rd or the fall. I do not understand as to why they did give the notification and did not perform the following day.
