I called to tell the company I was moving. Told them the date and that I was moving far away. They told me I needed to call a second time to confirm termination. I called from my new place of employment over 500 miles away. Confirmed I had moved. The guy said 'OK, you are clear".
The group seving Guelph then went and treated my lawn and billed me...after I moved. They deny I made the second call. They also assume no responsibility for not checking since they do have the notice that I gave the first notice of moving and the date. They never made any difference in my lawn despite full complicance with their program. One reason I stayed was their willingness to rebate and redo poor work. Stay away.
