Dr. Green's tech drove up, put a sign in the lawn while my wife was home in the yard and then he drove off.
We were later mailed a bill for the 'work'. We complained about the fact that no work was done and were later contacted by their head office to discuss our concern. We were told a tech was fired for not providing work in our neighbourhood following similar complaints and that our bill was written off.
However, we continue to get calls from Dr. Green every two weeks. We have asked several times to speak to a supervisor who is never present when we ask. We are always told that a supervisor will return the call within 2 days but three times they have not called and their collections dept has no record of them attempting to call.
Megan with the collections staff spent over 30 minutes telling us we were weren't telling the truth and said it should only take two minutes for the tech to do the job.
Absolutely the worst customer service we've ever received.
Green Drop did a great job though and I would highly recommend them instead.
