I called at 10AM at by 1PM I had someone available ready for the install. They are quick, clean and professional. The installer cleaned up after himself. All the boxes which came with the garage door opener we neatly set aside. The installer advised me the job would take approximately 2 to 2.5 hrs, he finished within the communicated time.

Price was a little on the higher side, but for quick service I guess you dont have much of a choice.

Was having issues with Garage Door...Called in the AM and the service technician was at my place by noon. Bob was a pleasure to deal with and was very professional. Thanks Again.

Door Doctor gives an excellent service.
The technician are very knowledgeable about there product and very helpful. They work fast and efficient. My garage door was giving me such a headache before...I am so glad door doctor comes and service my door immediately.

most likely we don't wanna spend too much money for our garage door but for sure it is worth it if your service technician knows what they are doing....

A pleasure to work with.Dave there sales rep was very knowledgeable.We placed an the order and the installation was done when promised.There installers where top notch, clean and very organized.

Our door would not open on a Friday night. I called Door Doctor and they sent out Chris on Saturday AM. Unfortunatley he was unable to get it open to do the repair.
On Monday they sent out Dan who was able to fix the door.
The gear was replaced the door adjusted and tested. All working fine.
I have used this company 4 times over the past 25 years and always have been pleased with their service.

Our garage door would not close. We called Door Doctor at 7:30 AM and got a live person who sent Bob out that very afternoon. Our 10 year old opener was done and the next day Bob returned with a new and very quiet one. They come when they promised, installation and car set up was swift and we are pleased. We also bought our garage door from them after checking various other companies. Great service would definitely recommend

It was Christmas Eve 2014. I pulled up onto our driveway and pressed the remote garage door opener. The door opened a few inches and closed. I repeated the action several times until the door refused to open. I entered from the house and into the garage. Tried the wall switch to open the garage door. The door exhibited the same symptoms. There was too much slack in the steel cables on both sides of the door. This was not normal. I released the power door opener's connection to the track and tried to manually lift the door. The door would not move. My spouse's car was now trapped inside the garage. I called 3 companies on Christmas day. The first one was closed until December 29. The second quoted me a price over the phone with the emergency holiday rates and said for that price I could also replace the door. The door was fine and didn't require replacement. He took my number and promised to call back to confirm my address. I waited for two hours and he never called back. The third company was Door Doctor Inc. who's answering service took my call. The lady was pleasant, quoted me an emergency holiday price and said she could have a technician at my house on Christmas day. I was not going to be home and scheduled an 8 am appointment for Boxing day. Mike arrived before 8 am. He was pleasant and knowledgeable. He was able to climb onto the frame of the garage door to get on the other side of my spouse's car to remove and reinstall that end of the horizontal bar carrying the 2 springs without touching the car. I was impressed! It was a 1 man show and I volunteered to help where it appeared he needed help. The replacement of the springs, re-installation of the core parts, new fasteners, and lubrication of the springs and moving parts of the door took 1 hour. My sincere thanks to Mike who was an outstanding representative of how all garage door technicians should conduct themselves. Thank you Mike and Door Doctor Inc. for rescuing us during the most significant holiday of the year. Door Doctor Inc. with Mike is highly recommended without reservation!

Springs always break at the worst of times. For me it was a Sunday. Called Door Doctor and someone was at my doorstep by noon and the job done in an hour. They may be a little on the expensive side thought.
