We obtained a referral on Bruces' company from a dear but very fussy friend. Our thinking was, if our friend is happy, then we will be fine.
Bruce's quote on the replacement windows beat out the others significantly. That was not what sold us. Bruce sold us what we needed, not what we thought we needed. I like that. Bruce was right.

We renovated our house and Bruce took us through the different options for our doors and windows and a balanced account of the pros and cons of each choice. Our contractor was even impressed. Bruce also caught some mistakes the architect had made in the plans suggested how to fix them, saving us money and aggravation. He knows his stuff! The pricing was great (beat the contractors usual supplier) plus we got all the expertise at no added cost. We got all kinds of added value that their expertise provided, top notch service and installation and great products to boot. This was one part of our reno that was 100% stress free.
