Roofing review in

I noticed my couple of roof shingles were lifted from the position ,next day I contacted my installer Dominion and they fixed on the same day off course I have to pay for the service as my 10 years warranty was expired last year.
I appreciate for the same day repairing and through inspection for the whole roof and fixing as by evening and following days heavy rain was observed.
