We had our garage door replaced in early April and one of the panels had a dent in it. The installer informed us that he notified the company to have that panel ordered to replace the dent for us.
It is now mid-August and I've called numerous times to get an update and every time I've called, I was told that I would receive a call back once they look into it and NEVER has anyone called back like they said they would.
I've even spoken to their supervisor for an update and he said that he would call me back the next day and never did.
It was over 4 months and there was no update from this company and I still had a dent in my "new" garage door.
Dodds eventually did contact me and had the new panel installed with no hiccups on August 16th 2017.

We had some problem establishing who this client is since only initials were provided. We have now contacted him and advised him that unfortunately manufacturers have a long delay when a specific section has to be replaced and this section arrived this week and is scheduled to be installed next week. We sincerely apologise that it has taken so long but some factors are outside our control.
