I had my garage door replaced in 2010, and I'm still satisfied with the quality. The installation was well done, and the garage itself operates well still.
One note, the door handle to lift the garage did fall off (it broke). I did try to order another one from Dodds, but they mentioned that I would be charged $150 just to send out someone to take a look, then give me a door handle. I just opted to glue the handle back on. I wish this could have been resolved in a better way, or I hope they make better door handles now (not plastic).
The seal around the garage door is also starting to fade into a yellow, but not sure if there's seals out there that wouldn't fade.

Thank you for this review Raymond. Please note that the DODDS warranty is one year parts and labour. Since this door was purchased in 2010 it is now 6 years old so if any service work is required it would be a chargeable call.
