So much for "we'll show up when we say we will". We had to call and follow up on our order a week after the timeframe estimated by the sales person (Michael, who also arrived almost an hour late for the quote appt and we had to call and see if he was still coming - that should have been our first clue that something was wrong). We then booked an appt for install 2 Saturdays later only to receive a message on the Friday afternoon prior to install that they could no longer do it as there installer decided to take the day off (I'm not saying he shouldn't be allowed a day off but they should be more organized and not book appts if that's the case). We then booked for today. They were to arrive 9:30-10am. At noon my husband drove 35 minutes back home from work on his lunch to check on the progress only to show up and find no one there. After a couple calls to Dodds, they advised that the installers went to a different job and weren't coming. The only thing they could do was cancel someone else's job for Monday and install ours. If this is the level of service we can expect than we have no confidence in their install either. We've cancelled our order and asked for our money back.
