MY 15+ YEARS OLD FURNACE WAS DUE FOR A CHECKUP. ENERCARE PHONED ME TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT. ON APRIL 4, 2024 ENERCARE TECHNICIAN CRAIG CAME TO MY HOME AND INSPECTED THE FURNACE. CRAIG FOUND THAT THE FURNACE WAS BEYOND ITS LIFE SPAN AND LOCKED IT OUT OF SERVICE. THE FURNACE WAS 15+ YEARS OLD. HE MADE ARRANGEMENTS FOR TO HAVE AN ENERCARE CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENT FOR THE NEXT DAY, APRIL 5, 2024. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENT KEPT THE APPOINTMENT AND CHECKED OUT THE FURNACE AND THE FURNACE AREA. HE THEN INFORMED MY WIFE AND I WHAT NEEDED TO BE DONE. HE LET US KNOW WHAT TYPE AND MODEL OF FURNACE WAS TO BE SOLD TO US AND INSTALLED. HE ALSO GAVE US INFORMATION ON WHAT OTHER WORK NEEDED TO BE DONE UPON INSTALLATION. I SIGNED A PURCHASE ORDER FOR A NEW CARRIER HIGH EFFICIENCY FURNACE. AN APPOINTMENT WAS MADE FOR AN INSPECTOR FOR APRIL 6, 2024. AFTER THAT, A TENTATIVE DATE WAS TO BE SET FOR THE FURNACE INSTALLATION. DUE TO THE FACT THAT WE HAD RECEIVED THE VERY BEST OF CUSTOMER SERVICE WITH IN DEPTH EXPLANATIONS OF EVERY STEP FROM PURCHASE TO INSTALLATION OF OUR NEW FURNACE, I RECOMMEND ENERCARE HOME SERVICES TO ANY/EVERYONE.
