I spoke with Joe and he booked my work shortly thereafter. I was pleased with the price that was discussed at our initial conversation. He was polite and pleasant to deal with. Josh was our technician. He was very polite also and his work was done very effeciently, best of all it was very clean...there was very little mess. Josh also made recommendations on our humidifier and we acted on what was needed. Overall, we were very pleased and will definitely recommend Dial One!
