My Wife and have purchased many pieces of furniture over the years at Decorium because the styles are nice and ever changing. In April we purchased a coffee, end and Sofa Table as well as a Mirror.
After about 6 or 7 weeks we received a call to pick our tables but the mirror was not in. 6 weeks later and no call from the company I realised we still do not have our mirror so my wife called to inquire (as we had paid for it already). She left a message and got no call. A few days later I also called and left a message, no response. I called the 3rd time and demanded I speak to the manager. A gentleman named Phil got on the phone and asked to give him a day to find out what happened. The next day a sales rep called offered me a discount and still no response on a delivery date for my mirror. I indicated to have Phil call me. He did but had no answer and felt the discount was not sufficient for the time and aggravation we have endured. He mentioned he would call me back to find out about delivery of the mirror but said I could possibly take the Demo in store but would call me back once he knows more on my order. I did not get a call back so after 4 more days I called the store again (4th time) and left a message for Phil to call me back and still have not received a call.
Now called back (5th time) and Phil is on holidays and was told there is no delegate in his absence.
Poor experience all around. I am very upset on how I have been treated and the unfortunate thing is that Decorum had an opportunity to make it right, but made a conscious effort not to.
