My neighbour recommended David Snell to me as she was doing all her windows. He changed for us 5 window panels and for that i would say service was a bit lengthy but okay. Then one different window panel had a problem (not one that he had changed before) so i contacted him to get that one fixed too. From September to to January i am being tossed between him and the technician for a simple window order. I believe i have called him at least 20 times. My last call to him was in December before Christmas and he didn't even apologize or explain the delay in setting an appointment for installation. Twice he confirmed the order was out already and just to wait for installation call by Jan 5th.. Of course no one one called i called again left a message expressing my disappointment and i got no reply. My order seems to be too small for David to bother, he could have simply said look i can't do small orders especially that i was already a client of his. But obviously he didn't care to do that and at no point did he apologize for wasting my time or explain why my order never matured. Would not recommend his services.

I am very upset that this customer would make this complaint as I always made it clear to her that service on other company's products where there is only 1 window to change does not get done as quickly. Further, the weather prevents this change from happening as the temperature needs to be much higher. Our company previously changed 5 sealed units for this same customer and did agree to change the 1 more. These were NOT our windows. 20 phone calls is simply not a true statement however the homeowner was told that we would come to do the change when able.
Sealed unit changes are done as a customer service only, it is not work we seek out but we do it happily and will continue to do so, and remain committed to this homeowner even for the 1 window.
