We had a front bay window and a kitchen window replaced in 2007.
Since the installation we have had a problem with the Bay window leaking.
We have called the company and they have sent someone out to review the problem and re seal the window.
The window continues to leak and has caused damage to the inside sill area and our California shutters.
The owner of the company came out in the fall of 2011 and said he would has his "best" installer come out to fix it.
It is now the spring of 2012 and no one has shown up, my calls go unanswered and the window still leaks.

Our company installed 3 windows into an existing Bay window opening. Upon sending my lead installer and going myself we clearly determined that any problem with the bay window leaking would either be solved by a complete roof replacement or a replacement of the windows above this bay which could possibly have allowed for water to run down the wall joists and reveal itself thru the header of the previous bay window frame. This homeowner since replaced the windows above but not the bay roof as it is still the original and we as a company are not aware of anything we could have done better with our initial install.
