communication isn't the greatest but we were able to come to an agreement they will repair the broken gutter now and come back in Jan to finish the replacement of our gutters. The broken gutter was not their fault.

Had a meeting with Tom Nov 5th 2019 to have our Eves looked at. He had us come to his home to look at the install and went over everything he could. We got the documents and a start date of the next 5-7 weeks. We paid the deposit then crickets after paying and signing. I email today and get an email intro to 2 people who work there, I am informed my eves may not be done until the new year now.. Its now past the 30 day contacted start date and into the 7th week Tom said it might be. He clearly knew we have a busted eve on the back of the house, water now seeping into the basement. All I got were excuses of weather and other commitments. I said you need to get some out here this week to at least fix the back of the house to stop the leak, I'm sorry you upset we can certainly give your money back if you're not happy. I told him how could I be happy?? we pay and we get crickets until I reach out?? I said if I get my money back your paying for the water damage too as you missed your contract date. I now await a mangers call.
The VP Sandro called, just as friendly while they are telling me the contract date was missed we understand another offer to get my money back and basically good luck finding anyone else to come out now. I said Just have someone come out and fix the back I'll wait for the rest until the new year. if the basement floods you'll be paying, his reply was pay for an existing condition? The leak started on the 16th, I told him if I have to rip the walls open to repair the water damage we will go to small claims if they don't pay. He said he'd call me back with a plan, so far no plan.
