Be careful with the contract. I listened to the salesperson when he told me to initial What he didn't tell me is with that initial I supposedly voided my warranty but he also sold me a skylight i didn't need or want by saying if I didn't replace it it would void my warranty. Six months later the skylight is leaking and they are refusing to fix it because I have NO warranty. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE! They misinform to get your business but don't want to stand behind it!
