Bad Experience All Around

Installation crew left cigarette butts and nails everywhere; I spent a weekend cleaning up after them. Job took way longer then promised and they told us that half the crew never showed up - not my problem. I had asked for new flashing but instead they re-installed the old flashing 5 days after the rood was installed and it looked awful. When I called to complain, they said the sales guy is MIA and never added the flashing to the work order - again none of this was my problem and they took no responsibility for any of it. Eventually I got the new flashing on but this was an awful customer service experience for us all around. I've got a feeling there will be leak problems from this job and I'll have to deal with them again on a warranty claim...not looking forward to that experience if it does happen. Went with these guys and paid a bit more because thought I would get better service but not the case.
