think twice before calling this company and keep this in your mind :
1- they have to charge you with the full amount before starting the job and confirming the appointment .
2- do not expect the technician will come the same your confirmed date.
3- you need to call back asking if the technician visited your house or not , probably not and they will fix another appointment .
4- you wouldn`t be able to know what is done on your roof only after 3-5 business day as they stated , and if you call you`ll get the same answer " the technician didn`t write the report yet .
5-they won`t warranty their work repair stating that the roof already done by some different contractor !!
conclusion .. if you get some other company will not have the above points ..go for it

Because you did not leave any information, I can not look up your exact file to see the issues that you encountered, however, some services are prepaid and we take the entire value of the job upfront. We always tell the customers over the phone the amount of the deposit we need to take and how much will be charged to their card. We do our best to set firm dates for services, however, days with rain or high winds push back not only our full install jobs, but also our services. Understandably for this reason, sometimes a set date will be pushed back to make up for lost days. If you do not specifically request to be home during our service call, we will come out to the home without you being present. As previously mentioned, because I do not have your information, I can not look up whether or not you requested that someone be home at the time. If this was the case, we do apologize for the inconvenience you faced. Lastly, you mentioned that there is no warranty for repair work. Regarding this statement, you are absolutely correct. We do not, in any way, warranty repair work that we have completed on an existing job done by another company. Essentially what people are asking for when they want us to warranty repair work is the equivalent of you owning a Toyota and you have an issue with it, so you take it to Ford to be repaired and now you want Ford to warranty the vehicle and any future problems you have with it. As you can see in this example, it's not Ford's responsibility to cover any problems with the vehicle, but they can repair it for you when needed with an accompanying service fee. Hopefully this clarifies our reasoning behind not warrantying any repairs done to another company's install, we simply can't become responsible for poor installation done by a different company that will most likely fail again in the future.
