This past July I had my roof done by Dangelo and Sons. The quote and selection process was well done, except for a few thing I wish was cover by the sales man. The job was done right before the long weekend, that's where my issues begin. I came home from work after they were done to find insulation and garbage all over the lawn. I was never told the garbage container would remain in my driveway days later. My wife and I tried to get a hold of somebody with no luck. I received a call, not to address my concerns as a customer but for payment. Nothing as to how the service was or my complaint. This discouraged me. Now 6 months later I find an issue under a window where the roof meets it and needs to be fixed. If I was told that would be extra I would have had done.
The products they use are quality, as well as the workmanship. With exception to under my window and clean up. My parents and friends have had good experiences, reason why I went with them. I guess it was the crew I got. For future reference never pick the day before the long weekend, they'll rush it.

Hi James, I brought your complaint to our Warranty Manager, and because we do not have your address we tried our best to recall and track down your file. Firstly, the garbage being left on your property is inexcusable and we apologize for the trouble it caused you. We do our best to provide a quick turn around time on our bins, we used to use a bin service, however the turn around was sometimes weeks. Since D'Angelo and Sons owns all of our dump trailers, we hope to get them all turned around in a few days. Regarding the issue under your window, we believe there may have been some misunderstanding from whoever it was you spoke to. As previously mentioned, our Warranty Manager could not recall your specific case, it's possible that you were told the wrong information over the phone when you called. If the issue you are having relates in any way to the roof, it is definitely covered under warranty and we would send out a technician to repair it. However, if the person you spoke to believed you were having a separate issue with your windows, they may have quoted you a price in order to get a repair technician out to your home. I recommend you call our office and ask to speak to our Warranty Manager directly. Once he has your address and is able to speak to you regarding your problem, we can get to the bottom of this and hopefully get it resolved for you.
