I’ve been extremely disappointed with the services and quality of work at D’Angelo. Their main focus is profit and not customers satisfaction and quality. I have an unresolved case with them that wasn’t settled with BBB and now I need to bring it to a lawyer. They will not do the job they’re supposed to do, they will not put the products you requested, they may not register your warranty as stated.
Check the Better Business Bureau site for the huge amount of complaints towards this company, www.bbb.ca, think carefully before hiring them as you could be the next complainant on BBB.

It's unfortunate to hear that you were disappointed with the quality of the work you had done with us, we try our best to resolve customer complaints, but because you posted anonymously we can not review your file. What we can say is that at D'Angelo and Sons, customer service is the foundation of all the work we do, if it wasn't for our happy customers coming back and referring their friends, we wouldn't be where we are now, almost 40 years later. In regards to our Better Business Bureau standing, we are currently ranked as a grade A accredited business. As stated on BBB's website, all of our cases have been resolved except those where "The Business addressed the issues within the complaint, but the consumer did not accept the response, OR BBB has not heard back from the consumer as to their satisfaction." I can't look into why your BBB complaint is unresolved, however if it is because of the reasons above from the Better Business Bureau, that is out of our control. In terms of our work, we install the products that are agreed upon through our contracts that are signed not only by the customer, but also by our sales representatives. Lastly, D'Angelo and Sons registers more warranties than any other roofing company in Canada. We would prefer to speak to you about your specific problems so that we can rectify the issues at hand, our client's happiness, as well as our reputation are very important to us.
