D'angelo and Sons do quality work. Overall we were pleased however there were a few hiccups along the way. The job was to remove an existing sunroom and replace plywood, shingles and eaves. Initially the sales rep misquoted and increased the price, which happens, but then misquoted again as he did not account for the electrical in the sunroom. The solution he proposed was to disconnect the sunroom himself which made us very nervous as he is not a licensed electrician. After prompting, he brought in an electrician to do so which made us feel much better. The work was well done. Between days, the area was left quite clean however we found quite a few nails/screws in our lawn each day. We were not informed that we need to pay by cheque as the sales rep said they take credit cards (on a job this expensive, the cashback our card gives is a nice bonus!). When asked to pay the remainder, I said I would provide a credit card over the phone and the customer service representative said they only way they would take the card is if I gave a D'Angelo good review on Homestars. I hope this is not a typical "requirement" as ratings are earned, not bartered for.

When faced with electrical issues, your sales representative came back to your home at 8:00 PM and covered the cost of the electrician so that he could proceed with providing an estimate for your job.
We are glad that the crew left your property quite clean between work days; if ever there are concerns regarding cleanup, we are happy to send someone back to inspect the property with a magnet to ensure there are no nails left on the ground.
D’Angelo & Sons’ policy regarding payment of balance has a limit of $2,000 on credit card. We made an exception in your case due to the misunderstanding between you and the sale’s representative.
