I wish I could echo the largely positive reviews.
On the plus side, the person who quoted the work was friendly and helpful. The work crew was also courteous and generally the quality of their work was good. However, their organization and commitment to customer satisfaction leaves something to be desired.
The work started weeks after the promised date. They made some mistaken assumptions about how we wanted the sun tunnel installed that also slowed down the whole process. The worst thing was that when we discovered the following spring they had created a gap in the aluminum that and birds were nesting in our roof, multiple calls and emails resulted in no action and no response. I would not use them again.
