We would not recommend this company. We have a hole in our roof which was installed November 2013. We have called the company several times and we are getting the run around. Someone was supposed to come check out the problem two days ago and didn't show and now no one will return our calls. This company clearly does not stand by their product or honour their warranty.

We have assessed your issue and have pictures confirming the problem you are having is with the fascia board. This is part of your eavestrough system. This can be confused sometimes with the roofing system but be assured this is not part of the roofing project we completed over 3 years ago. It would be rare to find a whole in your roofing system many years after our install. We are able to fix this issue as we do complete eavestrough systems as well, we would be happy to estimate and repair this issue as we do not want you to have further damages by having your soffits exposed.
