Roofing review in Hamilton

The Salesman Carlos was great, after that we were unimpressed. the job took longer than expected, the company and the crew didn't notify us when they we and weren't coming. If not for our salesman the experience would have been a total wash.

I am extremely sorry to hear about your inconvenience. I just checked in with the team and they have informed me that we were able to move the bins and trailers to make room for your guests.

I fully acknowledge we had certain staff issues around Canada day and the weekend following it, and I am truly apologetic for the inconvenience that we have caused you.

However, we have you scheduled in to complete your work today and I am hopeful we will leave you satisfied with the quality of our work.

Again, I am extremely sorry for the inconveniences you had to deal with. I hope we can make it up to you by putting up a beautiful new roof over your home.

Roofing review in Hamilton

We shopped around and found the company had a good reputation and competitive prices, The salesman Carlos was great, he is knowledgeable and personable. After that it all started to fall apart. The office didn't contact us about a booking date, we had to call them. The crew dropped a bin off and materials on that date but didn't start the work due to the possibility of light rain( it didn't rain for more that a few minutes. when they dropped the bin and shingles off they left us a 10 inch alleyway to get into our house. We were told they would start the job on Thursday, no-one showed up. They did however work Friday and did half of the roof. it is now Saturday morning and we just received a call saying they wouldn't be here today to finish our roof and I have 25 people coming to My house for a birthday party tomorrow.I have a huge bin and a trailer in my driveway. I'm very upset, this has been a huge inconvenience to me and my family. After all the good reviews I read this is the last thing I expected.
It is now Monday, the crew returned and finished the roof in a timely manner, They cleaned up and all that is left is the bin. I am happy that this experience is at an end but I can't help feeling nervous about the job. When someone doing work for you shows you they don't care about you, you tend to have mixed feeling about the quality of work. This roof protects our biggest investment and our most important assets, our house and our children. If my customers thought I didn't care about them they wouldn't come back to me.
